Our coffee

Three origins.
One obsession.

We roast in small 8kg batches on a Loring S15, three days a week. Right now on filter: a washed Chelelektu from the Gedeb zone of Ethiopia — heirloom varietals, honeyed, jasmine and stone fruit, finishing like white tea.

For espresso, our house blend leans on a natural Colombian Huila and a washed PNG Sigri — roasted a touch past first crack for milk chocolate, brown sugar, and a body that holds up in a flat white.

Word of mouth

What the regulars say, when we're not listening.

Best filter in the western suburbs, hands down. The Ethiopia they had on last week was ridiculous. Sit-in only for me now.
Meg — North Perth
Actually knows what a flat white is meant to look like. Staff aren't precious about it either. In every Saturday.
Jarrah — Mount Hawthorn
Hotcakes are dangerous. Coffee is better. Beans to take home have replaced my supermarket habit entirely.
